Important dates

Launch and Nomination Period

  • August 20th - September 19th
Official Launch of the awards with partners and the media
NGOs, partners, and the public can submit nominations through the official awards website.
Detailed nomination forms will be available, requiring comprehensive information about the NGO's projects and impact.
There will be on ground activation to sensitise more NGOs

Evaluation & Shortlisting

  • September 20th – October 5th, 2025
Judges will evaluate the nominations based on predefined criteria.
A shortlist of finalists will be announced, featuring the top five contenders in each award category.

Public Voting

  • October 8th – November 6th, 2025
Profiles of the shortlisted NGOs will be published on the awards website, media partners and social media platforms.
The public will have the opportunity to vote, contributing to the final decision.

Final Evaluation

  • November 7th – November 10th, 2025
Final winners will be selected based on the combined scores from judges and public votes based on the ratio of 60:40 per cent, with 60 per cent of scores based on judges scores and 40 per cent on the public vote.

Awards Announcement and Ceremony

  • November 14th , 2025
Winners will be announced at a grand awards ceremony. The prestigious event to celebrate the winners will feature keynote speeches from prominent figures in the sector.
Extensive media coverage to highlight the achievements of the winning NGOs and promote their work to a broader audience.
